Fixed: an image placed or replaced during a session lost its link to the manifest when the
document was saved. On reopening, the frame came back empty or showed the picture it had before,
and the publisher left it out of the PDF. Images that arrived with the document were unaffected.
Fixed: colours in a converted InDesign document could come out wrong — a light knockout heading
rendered near-black, black body text light grey — wherever the conversion marked a colour as
carrying no tint.
Fixed: an imported swatch whose identifier clashed with one of the built-in colours became
unreachable, and objects referring to it were drawn in the built-in colour instead. Colours
applied to text, gradients and shadows were also missed when a document's swatches were remapped
on load.
